The Commission on Accreditation for Local Colleges and Universities envisions to be the primary accrediting agency of the locally-funded Colleges and Universities committed in uplifting the standards to high quality and excellence, thereby achieving affordable, accessible, employable and globally competitive education.

The Commission on Accredit`ation for Local Colleges and Universities aims to undertake accreditation of all LCUs; encourages them to embrace the culture of excellence; foster an exchange of information and expertise in educational and research programs; undertake cooperative action for the development of programs and finally, assists and protects the members from any inappropriate regulations.`
