Mechanics in Accreditation

  1. 1. Submission of a letter of intent to the president of ALCUCOA for accreditation indicating therein the program/s to be accredited and the date of visit;
  2. 2. The school may request for a free seminar-workshop on accreditation for their accreditation team;
  3. 3. ALCUCOA issues a billing statement (₱25,000 per program, min. 3 programs);
  4. 4. Accreditation visit/s;
  5. 5. Deliberation of findings by accreditation team;
  6. 6. Review and deliberation of teams findings by ALCUCOA board;
  7. 7. Submission by ALCUCOA board of its findings to the NNQAA;
  8. 8. NNQAA does oversight functions to confirm ALCUCOA board’s recommendations;
  9. 9. NNQAA confirms the recommendation of ALCUCOA board;
  10. 10. NNQAA informs CHED of accreditations confirmed;
  11. 11. ALCUCOA awards certificates of accreditation of programs.
