Colegio de Muntinlupa underwent initial accreditation for its Engineering Programs from November 28 to 30, 2023. This process marks an important step toward ensuring high standards in its academic offerings and strengthening the institution’s reputation in the field of engineering education. Programs evaluated and granted Candidate Status were BS in Mechanical Engineering, BS in Electronics Engineering, BS in Electrical Engineering, BS in Computer Engineering and BS in Civil Engineering.

The Accreditation Team for this preliminary visit included Dr. Conrado V. Bergantinos for Mechanical Engineering, Engr. Meldanette S. Bayani for Electronics Engineering, Dr. Selfa J. Briones for Electrical Engineering, Dr. Erlinda S. Abarintos for Computer Engineering, Dr. Francis Aldrine A. Uy for Civil Engineering and Prof. Lourdes David for the Library. Dr. Elizabeth Montero served as the Supervising Accreditor.

In November 25-27, 2024, the same programs were submitted for formal visit and were granted Level 1. The Accreditation team for this second visit was led by Dr. Rene Colocar as Supervising Accreditor with Prof. Roilingel Calilung as Library Accreditor, Dr. Marmelo Abante as accreditor for Computer Engineering, Engr. Nestor Competente for Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering, Engr. Paul Bryan Amagon for Mechanical Engineering, and Engr. Pablo Asi for Electronics Engineering. Prof. Kristin Joy Mendoza as Supervising Technical Assistant for these two visits.
